On alleged real estate fraud committed in Spain

The petitioner complains of real estate fraud in Spain and the situation facing home buyers in the Valencia region that has persisted for more than 10 years. The petitioner bought a house that had been built illegally and involved other illegalities concerning planning permission or the media. He is also unable to either sell or live in the house. For eight years, the petitioner has been unable to resolve the problem despite bringing legal action against the fraudulent agents and promoters. Just recently, he received demolition notices.
