The petitioner complains about the fact that Bulgarian courts do not enforce correctly European regulations on Enforcement Order for uncontested claims and on European order for payment procedure. The petitioner claims that there are breaches of Council Directive 93/13/EEC of 5 April 1993 on unfair terms in consumer contacts and that there is a violation of implementation of Article 47 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union. The petitioner affirms that the enforcement of compulsory payment claims in Bulgaria does not guarantee the consumer rights in courts and asks that the European Union begin to examine the violations of the European Law by the Bulgarian judicial system.
