On alleged infringements of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms by the German youth welfare services 

The petitioner maintains that the German youth welfare services are riding roughshod over any notion of human rights and fundamental freedoms. She alleges that the courts are being manipulated and misled by untruths and that the youth welfare services are breaking every law in sight in order to achieve their objectives of placing children in institutions or foster families, totally disregarding the best interests of the children. The petitioner is accordingly seeking action by the European Parliament to put an end to the distress being caused to children, discrimination against parents and the manipulation of the courts.
