The petitioner calls upon the European Parliament to request that the Single Resolution Board (SRB) and the SRB Appeal Panel allow public access by EU citizens to the documents related to the resolution of Banco Popular. The petitioner claims that both the SRB and the SRB Appeal Panel are concealing documents concerning the aforementioned resolution and that this is depriving affected citizens from an effective right of defence in related legal proceedings.
