On a dispute between a Croatian citizen and public authorities concerning land and property

The petitioner describes a property dispute, relating to allegations of fraud in connection to the land registry and the misuse of EU funds. The land in question belongs to the petitioner’s mother. Amongst other claims, the petitioner claims that the land was supposedly converted into agricultural land without the owner’s knowledge. The petitioner also describes cases of deletion of rightful owners from the land register and the alleged involvement of certain municipal authorities in Croatia in conduct that the petitioner describes as contravening fundamental rights and the protection of personal property.
