Andrageren klager over, at de software-bots, der anvendes af internetudbyderne til at filtrere spam, ofte placerer normale e-mails i spammapper, og at modtagerne aldrig ser dem. Han hævder, at dette er i strid med reglerne i den generelle forordning om databeskyttelse, og anmoder om, at alle e-mails sendes til deres modtagere eller markeres, hvis de anbringes i spammapper.
