The petitioner complains that the software bots used by the Internet Service Providers (ISPs) to filter spam messages frequently place normal emails into spam folders and the recipients never see them. He argues that this is in breach of GDPR rules and asks for all emails to be delivered to their recipients or flagged if they are placed in spam folders.
