Vlagatelj peticije prosi, naj se španske organe pozove k pravilni uporabi Uredbe (EU) št. 540/2014 Evropskega parlamenta in Sveta z dne 16. aprila 2014 o ravni hrupa motornih vozil in nadomestnih sistemih za dušenje zvoka, izvajanju ustreznih preverjanj pri pregledih vozil in v skupnostih ter sprožitvi potrebnih sprememb vozil, ki ne izpolnjujejo evropske zakonodaje.
