Los peticionarios se quejan de la ineficiencia del mecanismo rumano de restitución de la propiedad y señalan que, pese a la introducción de varios cambios en la legislación, los progresos han sido limitados y numerosos terrenos de la región de Cluj-Napoca y Feleacu aún no han sido devueltos a sus propietarios legítimos. Los peticionarios piden al Parlamento que intervenga para ayudarles a recuperar las propiedades que les fueron confiscadas durante el régimen comunista en Rumanía.
