I firmatari lamentano l'inefficienza del meccanismo rumeno di restituzione delle proprietà e sottolineano che, nonostante varie modifiche legislative, i progressi sono stati limitati e numerosi terreni nella regione di Cluj-Napoca – Feleacu non sono ancora stati restituiti ai loro legittimi proprietari. I firmatari chiedono al Parlamento di intervenire, per contribuire al recupero dei loro beni confiscati durante il regime comunista in Romania.
