Andrageren angiver, at han havde booket et krydstogt, men efterfølgende aflyste det den 18. marts 2020 på grund af den globale rejseadvarsel. Krydstogtrederiet aflyste derefter selv krydstogtet den 8. april 2020. Trods flere anmodninger om tilbagebetaling er han foreløbigt kun blevet tilbudt en voucher som tegn på goodwill.
