Stadtplanung

Eine sinnvolle Bauplanung ist für die zunehmende Grazer Bevölkerung notwendig. Vielleicht kann der Bebauungsplan entsprechend adaptiert werden. Die Verdichtung der Bauten im Innenstadtbereich ist sicher sinnvoller als Graz ins Umland auszudehnen

Natur

Grünfläche schafft Sauerstoff, Platz um mit dem Hund zu spazieren oder einfach mal für einen Moment dem Stadt Trubel zu entgehen. Das ist mehr als Grünfläche, das ist Lebensnotwendig!

man will keine Ausdehnung von Graz ins Umland, und keine Bauverdichtung. Wo sollen dann die zusätzlichen Grazer Bewohner siedeln/wohnen können? Immerhin nimmt die Bevölkerung gerade in Graz ständig zu!

Altbestand überdenken

Es sollte lieber erlaubt sein nicht Denkmalgeschütze Gebäude abzureissen und dort neue moderne und eventuell 1-2 Stockwerke mehr nach oben zu bauen. Die Grünflächen werden oft deshalb verbaut, weil bei Abriss alter Gebäude die Abstände eingehalten werden müssen, damit ist es oft nicht mehr möglich oder unrentabel, was bleibt sind ein paar Meter Streifen für nichts. Deshalb lieber dort nachdenken als schöne Flächen zu verbauen.

Gegen Bevormundung und (defacto) Enteignung, für Selbstbestimmung

Diese ständigen Eingriffe in fremdes Eigentum müssen unterlassen werden. Sie lassen sich in Ihrer Wohnung auch nicht vorschreiben ob Sie eine Couch haben oder ob Sie ein Hochbett bauen. Niemand muss dort wohnen oder kaufen. Der verbaute Raum wäre lächerlich im Vergleich zu dem, was in Reininghaus, Smart City oder beim Murkraftwerk verbaut und zerstört wurde. Daher von mir ein klares NEIN gegen defacto Enteignungen und Entwertung von Grundstücken, oder wollen Sie das den Eigentümern ersetzen?
