We ask for the adoption by the Council of the European Union of a resolution on full compensation for the damage caused to Ukraine by the Russian Federation, which launched an aggressive war against the Ukrainian people. Transfer of all funds from the "frozen" accounts of citizens of the Russian Federation to the State Budget of Ukraine.

Russia invaded Ukraine, killing thousands of Ukrainians: children, women and men, destroyed Ukrainian cities, millions left homeless.
Ukraine's losses are estimated at billions of dollars, human losses are invaluable.
Russia must pay for it.
It will be fair if the frozen money of Russia and Russian oligarchs will be transferred to Ukraine for reconstruction.
