The petitioner is inquiring if the travel restrictions imposed by the Czech Republic, Poland, Austria and Denmark because of Covid-19 are legal. He is of the opinion that those measures are in breach of the freedom of movement, the basic principle of the European Union and are not justified in case of those Member States. He calls on the Parliament to make those Member States abide the treaties.
