On the urgent need for big data and artificial intelligence technology in Africa to tackle poverty and unemployment

The petitioner claims that research carried out by the Polish University Abroad in London (PUNO) indicates that advanced technologies like big data and AI are critical for the socio-economic development of African nano- and micro-entrepreneurship and can improve the work of 300,000,000 self-employed people "on the go" in Africa. He strongly recommends urgent update of current EU strategies, programs and projects supporting Africa, with new technological issues like the big data analysis and artificial intelligence implementation.
