On the instalment of virus sterilizing devices in public transport and crowded places

The petitioner asks the European Parliament to call for the installation of disinfection devices in public transport in order to reduce the spread of viruses, in particular COVID 19. He lists devices such as negative air ion generators, ozonators or UVC sterilizers. He underlines the major role the installation of these devices would play in reducing the spread of virus diseases and how it would facilitate public gatherings of people.
