The petitioner alleges that the local authorities have misused the European funds awarded for the renovation of public roads in his village. The petitioner claims that, due to poor execution of the works, access by car to the public road from residents’ homes was blocked and that residents were forced to execute the necessary connection repairs at their own expense.
