On alleged violation of labour rights in Iceland

The petitioner alleges that his labour rights were seriously violated by his employer and that, in particular, he did not receive equal pay for equal work. He claims that all EU citizens in Iceland are discriminated and never receive salaries equal to those of Icelandic citizens. He also states that he was assaulted by representatives of his employer and that the Icelandic authorities failed to adequately investigate his complaints.
