Andrageren opfordrer til, at projektet Brescia-Verona (TAV) standses, idet hun mener, at det ikke er økonomisk, men skadeligt for den fysiske og funktionelle udvikling samt miljøet. Hun ønsker, at der gennemføres en række cost-benefit-analyser, hvor den første valgmulighed, der skal tages i betragtning, bør være at opgradere eksisterende jernbanestrækninger. Endelig anmoder hun EU-institutionerne om at vurdere, om EU-lovgivningen er blevet overtrådt.
