Predkladateľ petície uvádza, že sieť nabíjacích staníc sa v súčasnosti rozširuje v celej Európe a že na to, aby bolo možné obojsmerné nabíjanie, t. j. nabíjanie elektrických vozidiel z nabíjacích staníc a obrátene, mala by sa európskym nariadením zaviesť povinnosť, aby boli nabíjacie stanice vybavené touto technológiou.
