GLI Acquires Outstanding Shares Of Test Company Trisigma

Gaming Laboratories International LLC (GLI), a gaming technology certification firm, said it had acquired all outstanding shares of fellow Dutch-based gaming testing firm Trisigma BV (pictured).

The latter is a gaming testing, inspection, certification and audit lab serving online and land-based regulated gaming customers, the GLI said in a statement on Thursday. 바카라 필승법

"Trisigma continues to have the Trisigma brand for the past 14 years, and will now continue to operate on the strength of GLI's global network," said James Maida, President and CEO of GLI

Esther Balat will remain Trisigma managing director and "continue to lead and manage the Dutch Trisigma Geldermalsen office and Spain's Trisigma Barcelona office," the statement said.

GLI's Maida noted, "We are delighted that Esther Balat will continue to serve as Managing Director and continue to operate and receive licenses in the jurisdiction where all Trisigma teams work."
