Philippine-based Junkit Dowin Group said the move was aimed at protecting the interests of its "customers and shareholders" and confirmed it had temporarily suspended operations at VIP clubs and gaming venues in the country. 경마사이트프로

A company representative told GGRAsia that the group had decided on Monday (17 June) evening to suspend operations on an "emergency temporary" basis. This person did not provide details on the temporary closure.

The decision comes after the brand described the company as "unfair defamation by outside forces," according to a separate statement. It did not provide further details on the subject, saying it would "pursue civil and criminal charges to hold it accountable."

Dowin Group said it aims to resume operations at 2 p.m. on June 24 at all VIP clubs and gaming locations. These include Soleir Resort & Casino, Okada Manila, City of Dreams Manila, and Heritage Hotels & Casino in the Philippine capital. These reopenings are also Clark DeHait Resort & Casino and Royce Hotel & Casino, with the other two being the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga.

GGRAsia approached the Philippine gaming regulator, the Philippine Entertainment Game Company (Pagcor), for comment, but did not receive a response until this story went online.
