Croix-Rouge, ONU et OSCE - aide à évacuer les civils

There is a real humanitarian disaster in Ukraine. Residential areas are bombed, there is no water and electricity supply, people are forced to constantly stay in basements without water or food. Among them are women, children, the elderly, the sick, the disabled. The occupiers do not provide humanitarian corridors, in violation of international humanitarian standards. The status of the International Committee of the Red Cross, the UN, the OSCE gives them greater security than have the Ukrainian national structures and allows them to carry out humanitarian work.
Il y a une véritable catastrophe humanitaire en Ukraine. Les zones résidentielles sont bombardées, il n'y a pas d'approvisionnement en eau et en électricité, les gens sont obligés de rester constamment des sous-sols sans eau ni nourriture. Parmi eux se trouvent des femmes, des enfants, des personnes âgées, des malades, des personnes handicapées. Les occupants ne fournissent pas de couloirs humanitaires, en violation des normes humanitaires internationales. Le statut du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge, de l'ONU, de l'OSCE leur confère une plus grande sécurité que les structures nationales ukrainiennes et leur permet de mener à bien un travail humanitaire.
В Україні справжня гуманітарна катастрофа. Обстрілюються житлові квартали, відсутня вода та електропостачання, люди змушені постійно перебувати в підвалах без води та їжі. Серед них жінки, діти, люди похилого віку, хворі, інваліди. Окупанти не забезпечують гуманітарних коридорів, порушуючи міжнародні гуманітарні стандарти. Потрібна участь міжнародних гуманітарних організацій. Статус Міжнародного комітету Червоного Хреста, ООН, ОБСЄ дає їм більшу безпеку, ніж українським національним структурам, і дозволяє їм здійснювати гуманітарну роботу.
