O peticionário insta a UE a fazer muito mais para proteger os refugiados e os requerentes de asilo nas ilhas do mar Egeu. Em particular, insiste em que cada país da UE aceite uma parte equitativa das crianças refugiadas e implemente urgentemente as medidas sanitárias necessárias para proteger a segurança, a saúde e os direitos de todas as pessoas que vivem nos campos, assim como dos residentes locais, e prevenir a propagação de doenças, incluindo a Covid19.
