On how the European Union has reacted to the COVID-19 outbreak

The petitioner, after mentioning the different international, European and Spanish legislation related to fundamental rights where the right to health is stated and guaranteed, requests the European Union to inform what has the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control done in relation to COVID-19. The petitioner specifically requests what reports and indications has the ECDPC given to Spain and when did it give them. The petitioner wonders whether the European Union has failed to react.
