On behalf of the Citizens’ Committee for Elliniko, bearing 60 signatures, on the sale of a Greek municipal site 

Petition richtet sich an: Petitionsausschuss des Europäischen Parlaments

The petitioners denounce the sale by the Greek state to a private developer of the former municipal site of Elliniko and allege serious violations of Article 107 TFEU, Directive 92/43/EEC and Directive 2001/42/ECas well as the Aarhus Convention and the Florence Convention,. They claim that, according to CJUE jurisprudence, this measure is not excluded from the scope of application of Directive 2001/42/EC, despite its adoption by legislative means.
