The petitioner complains about the inconsistencies of the Bulgarian legislation with the Law of the European Union and the inability of Bulgarian citizens do defend themselves against illegal actions of private bailiffs and of the judicial system. The petition refers to the payments order and the Writ of execution. In his opinion there were no actions of the Bulgarian authorities and no amendment to the rules, contrary to the European legislation, therefore is asking the PETI committee for assistance.
