On behalf of A.I.F., bearing 11 signatures, on a case of property restitution in Romania

The petitioners complain about the inefficiency of the Romanian property restitution mechanism and point out that, despite several changes in legislation, the progress has been limited and numerous lands in the region Cluj-Napoca – Feleacu have not yet been returned to their rightful owners. The petitioners ask the Parliament to intervene in order to help recover their property confiscated during the communist regime in Romania.
