Refugees should be granted an option for safe and legal entry into Europe Refugees are not allowed to enter a plane, because if the asylum application is rejected, the air carrier will be sanctioned because of the EU Directive 2001/51/EC and article 26, paragraph 2,3 of the Schengen acquis. These regulations are a painful measure against the access of foreigners seeking asylum, because the way to the EU is getting exacerbated/ made impossible, even though these humans are politically persecuted. We demand to revise both regulations.
