to analyze the games:

A tracking system would need cameras, local memory, accelerometers, gyroscopes, GPS, Wifi and realtime clocks. All this is in a smartphone.
The tracking devices will be on the helmets, in the ball and in the goals.
Also there will be devices mounted on flying helicopters.

One container (>= 1000) of Galaxy Note 7 devices, with or without the batteries would help to realize this project !
