New petition description: Wir schlagen folgende Änderung der Regeln für die Organisation der EC vor:
Findet die European Convention nicht in einem der Länder statt, die laut dem
Übereinkommen vertreten sind (Deutschland, Großbritannien, Schweden,
Dänemark, Niederlande, Tschechien, Slowakei), sollen sich 2 Callers und
1 Cuer aus dem Veranstaltungsland voll beteiligen können. Die
Entscheidung darüber, wer das Land vertreten wird, soll bei den Klubs
aus diesem Land liegen.

We propose the following change to the rules for organizing the EC:
If the European Convention does not take place in one of the countries represented
according to the convention (Germany, UK, Sweden, Denmark, Netherlands,
Czech Republic, Slovakia), 2 Callers and 1 Cuer from the country hosting
the event should be allowed to fully participate. The decision about who
will represent the country should be up to the clubs from that country.
