Il n'y a aucune raison que les agences remboursent systématiquement 100% alors qu'elles doivent payer en cas d'annulation. Les frais à l'étranger restent à la charge des agences (hôtels, restaurants, activités...) sachant qu'il est compréhensible que ces prestataires ne remboursent pas si ils peuvent réaliser la prestation sur place ! Les sommes à charge peuvent être très importantes dans le cas de voyages de groupe de type incentive
