Hier muss es um das Wohl der Kinder und Erzieher gehen, nicht um finanzielle Interessen des Trägers. Dieses Wohl ist in gemischten Gruppen nicht mehr gewährleistet. Freundschaften, Vertrauen, Stabilität gehen verloren. Sind aber wichtige Pfeiler für die Entwicklung unserer Kinder. Warum???? ein gut funktionierendes System zu Lasten v. Kindern und Erziehern ändern??
