Zwangsbehandlung

Ich fordere mein Recht auf körperliche Unversehrtheit. Durch die z.Zt. geltende Rechtsprechung wird mir dieses Recht genommen. Zwangsbehandlung ist Folter und sollte es in einem Rechtsstaat nicht geben. Unseren Kindern predigen wir, Probleme ohne Gewalt zu lösen. Doch der Gesetzgeber handelt nach der Devise:" und bist du nicht willig, dann brauch ich Gewalt"

Behinderung, Tod

Jemanden aufgrund von mentalen Kommunikationsformen mit Dritten oder aufgrund kritisierender Meinungsäußerung zwangszubehandeln, ist das Allerhinterletzte. Ich meine, ich lasse doch unsere Landesregierungen wegen "Kürzungswahn" auch nicht zwangshalber mit Neuroleptika zupumpen, sondern würde den Behandelten selbst diese Wahl lassen. Aber bei geistiger oder psychischer BEHINDERUNG darf man das ja machen! Echt, da fehlen einem die Worte, wenn man auch noch IN SEINEN EIGENEN TOD DURCH ÜBERDOSIS einwilligen muss oder ein Dritter einwilligt. Zwang bitte nicht mehr über meine Leiche!!!
