The ÖVP arranged for the proceedings for the goverment with the FPÖ at the 11.12.2017 a smoking law like the "Berliner Modell". The originally planned absolute antismoking law for 2018 is canceled. The guests are so allowed to somoke in a seperate space. The agreement is not only unbearable for medical scientists and health organisations, but also for many austrians unacceptable.
The absolut antismoking law in gastronomy is standard in Europe and Austria is far below this standard. With the cancellation of the 2015 agreed Austria is still "Europes ashtray". It is completely insane to tilt the trend reversal and destroy it strongly. http://www.dontsmoke.at
