Es bringt doch gar nicht so eine Umstellung Auer das der Körper jedes Mal durch einander kommt.Ausser dem wenn einer Wechselschicht hat und dann vom Spätdienst auf Frühdienst muss ist das jedes Mal eine Katastrophe
