Flüchtlingswohnungen Baden

Baden hat nicht genug Wohnungen für die eigene Bevölkerung (junges Wohnen, Starterwohnungen). Und diese wenigen sollen jetzt auch noch an Flüchtlinge abgegeben werden?? Ist das wirklich euer Ernst?? :(
