Pro Verbauung

Das Donaufeld wird durch die neue Verbauung attraktiver für Mensch und Tier. Aktuell gibt es eine Straße, welche begehbar ist. In Zukunft wird es einen großen Quartierspark, großzügige Freiflächen, einen 14 ha großen Schutzgürtel für Faun und Flora geben. Das Projekt Donaufeld ist grün und umweltfreundlich, schafft leistbaren, sozialen Wohnbau im Einklang mit der bestehenden Artenvielfalt. Es sind keine Infrastrukturmaßnahmen, wie Ubahn, Zufahrtsstraßen etc notwendig, welche eine erhöhte Bodenversiegelung nach sich ziehen würde. Wo, wenn nicht im Donaufeld, sollte gebaut werden.
