Der investorengetriebene Bauwahn in Graz zerstört seit Jahren das Erbe dieser Stadt und macht keinerlei Halt vor Lebensqualität oder den Bedürfnissen der Anwohner. Das muss endlich ein Ende haben.

Umweltschutz sollte die oberste Priorität haben in jeglichen Bauentscheidungen. Sinnlose Bodenversiegelung muss SOFORT gestoppt werden.

Ein innenstadtnaher Bereich soll moderat nachverdichtet werden. Einige Anwohner:innen versuchen nun, ihre Partikularinteressen unter dem Vorwand des Klimaschutzes durchzusetzen, dabei ist tatsächlich kaum etwas so klimaschädlich wie Einfamilienhaus-/Villen-Bebauung.
