TROG

Ein Großteil der Foderungen ist im TROG §27 bereits als Ziel definiert. Für die Erlassung eines Bebauungs- oder Änderung des Flächenwidmungsplans müssen Gründe im öffentlichen Interesse vorliegen. Im Rahmen des §33 TROG (Vertragsraumordnung) kann die Stadt einen Bebauungsplan/Umwidmung an Bedingungen knüpfen, zB %-Satz der Wohnungen WBF-würdig, Vergabe durch die Stadt. Für solche Projekte ist der Ausschuss für Stadtentwicklung, Wohnbau und Projekte das sachlich berufene Gremium.
