Immediately Release Dr. Mahrang Baloch

We, the undersigned, call upon the Government of Pakistan to immediately and unconditionally release Dr. Mahrang Baloch and all peaceful human rights defenders imprisoned for exercising their fundamental rights.

Dr. Mahrang Baloch is a physician and internationally recognized human rights defender who has peacefully advocated for justice, accountability, and the rights of families affected by enforced disappearances in Balochistan.

Her imprisonment has raised serious concerns among human rights organizations and observers. It is widely regarded as a politically motivated effort to silence peaceful advocacy and suppress the legitimate demands of the Baloch people.

Peaceful advocacy is not a crime.

We urge the Government of Pakistan to:

• Immediately and unconditionally release Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her colleagues.
• Guarantee fair, transparent, and independent judicial proceedings.
• Respect the rights to freedom of expression, peaceful assembly, and association.
• Fulfil its obligations under international human rights law, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR).

We further call upon the United Nations, Amnesty International, Human Rights Watch, the European Union, the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC), governments, parliamentarians, diplomats, and human rights organizations worldwide to use all peaceful and lawful means to encourage Pakistan to respect international human rights standards and secure the immediate release of Dr. Mahrang Baloch and her colleagues.

Justice must never be replaced by political persecution.

Free Dr. Mahrang Baloch.

Protect peaceful human rights defenders.

ما، امضاکنندگان این دادخواست، از دولت پاکستان می‌خواهیم که دکتر مهرنگ بلوچ و تمامی مدافعان مسالمت‌آمیز حقوق بشر را که صرفاً به دلیل استفاده از حقوق و آزادی‌های بنیادین خود زندانی شده‌اند، فوراً و بدون هیچ‌گونه قید و شرطی آزاد کند.

ہم، اس درخواست پر دستخط کرنے والے، حکومتِ پاکستان سے مطالبہ کرتے ہیں کہ ڈاکٹر ماہ رنگ بلوچ اور تمام پُرامن انسانی حقوق کے کارکنوں کو، جنہیں صرف اپنے بنیادی حقوق کے پُرامن استعمال کی وجہ سے قید کیا گیا ہے، فوری اور غیر مشروط طور پر رہا کیا جائے۔
