Article 5 of regulation (EC) no 883/2004; in accordance with case law of the court of justice of the E.U (case C-366/96 Cordell's, paragraph 19)'which stipulates tthat the German Basic Pension under the German Federal Veterans law is not deducted from the amount of ARGE all allowance..

Selgitus

I served has a soldier in the Rhine Armee in the 60.s and was granted a war disablement pensionat 60 due to being incapable of engaging in regular full time employment becausevof mental and physical infirmity. Which German refused to honour EU regulations and deducted my military disablement pension from my ARGE ll/4 .. Having served to protect Germany from Soviet aggression it's a shame on the German federal republic not to honour any soldiers .... I have been denied basic rights set out by the EU because of German law? Which does not honour EU regulations.. It needs to change for those who fight for their lands within the EU
