Předkladatel požaduje, aby byly podél příslušné silnice nainstalovány protihlukové bariéry a opatření na snižování rychlosti s cílem ochránit obyvatele obce Sarafovo před škodlivým hlukem. Tvrdí, že její obyvatelé trpí velmi vysokou hlukovou hladinou způsobenou automobily a letadly, a to kvůli nedalekému letišti v Burgasu a meziměstské rychlostní komunikaci.
