Andrageren anmoder om, at der monteres støjbarrierer og hastighedsreduktionsforanstaltninger langs vejen med henblik på at beskytte indbyggerne i Sarafowo mod støjforurening. Han hævder, at beboerne lider af høje støjniveauer fra biler og fly på grund af placeringen meget tæt på lufthavnen i Burgas og intercitymotorvejen.
