TPředkladatel petice uvádí, že profesionální hasiči Požární a záchranné služby departementu Rhone a Města Lyonu (Service d’Incendie et de Secours du Département du Rhone et de la Metropole de Lyon (SDMIS)) byli ke konci roku 2018 požádáni, aby se podřídili pracovní době, která není v souladu se směrnicí Evropského parlamentu a Rady 2003/88/ES ze dne 4. listopadu 2003 o některých aspektech úpravy pracovní doby.
