Podnositelj predstavke poziva na to da se osigura da nadležna tijela hitno poduzmu mjere kojima će se omogućiti oporavak rijeke Umia (Galicija) na način da se sruši hidronuklearna brana A Baxe. Podnositelj predstavke žali se da se izgradnjom brane ozbiljno naštetilo riječnom okolišu sa štetnim posljedicama na zdravlje ljudi i životinja.
