Petition addressed to: Governments of countries

Dear friends all over the world,
People of Earth,
 
It might seem to you that Russians are nothing better than their president. 
It might seem to you that Russians are coldhearted and dumb people who want this so-called Special Operation - which is actually cowardly started war.
It might seem to you that Russians and Putin are the same sort of Russians.
But that is far away from truth.
 
Russians are tired of Putin's countless fails, lies and tyranny acts. 
We don't want our country and people to be treated as barbarians, and we do want to have peaceful life. We want to see our future connected with investments to science, technology, space and dozens other areas rather than war. 
Putin is not. What Putin wants is investments to war machines, to war and terror - the only his specialties.
To say the truth, Putin isn't a leader which's been selected by people of Russia. He simply has all the powers and resources to choose himself as leader as long as he wants. And sadly speaking, Russians themselves most probably won’t take Putin regime out without some external stimuli due to the fear and police system within country.
 
Dear leaders of Canada, Croatia, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Belgium, Bulgaria, Iceland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Slovakia, United Kingdom, Portugal, Romania, United States, Slovenia, Spain, Turkey and every other country left here unmentioned but nonetheless willing to stop the madness going on today. We acknowledge your unwillingness to start the third world war, and we're grateful, we feel the same about that.
 
The saddest truth is though, if Putin isn't stopped - it's only a matter of time when he himself will start the next World War. And it will be done the same way it was done with Ukraine – when you won’t be 100% ready for it. If he sees the implemented sanctions could actually be risky for his future, he'll just ​​start ruthlessly taking away resources from the people within country - the way he always does. He will take away the future of the citizens of Russia. He will, once again, put those to the development of war and personal wealth.    
By refusing to take out Putin with force, we're only delaying the inevitable and making our future generations - instead of us - face the consequences.
People of Russia don't ask you to start a war. 
People of Russia hope that there is a chance you simply start preparing that "special operation" we all need. Operation which will help world to resign Putin as president of Russian Federation.
People of Russia hope that in the waves of all the sanctions you don't forget about all the other Russians, leaving some space to live and wait for the moment to come. 
People of Russia hope that you'll give us a chance to live another life.
A few words to all the friends in China who might see the message. We see your support throughout the whole country. Right now literally almost the whole China supports Putin actions. 
And we do understand you. You have your historical reasons for behaving so. Very similar to Russia. 
But today China doesn't really need to prove something to the world. You don’t need to be harsh to make others respect you. Everyone knows what China is capable of – speaking about not only the power, but also the culture wealth. What really needed is mutual cooperation in really significant areas for the whole humanity, such as science, such as medicine and millions of others. What is happening today is a moment when you can demonstrate to the whole world the true nature of China, which is just as beautiful and tranquil as its culture.
Don’t support Putin. Don’t support terror.

我们也是理解你们。看中国人历史，就可以意识到这个不是凭白无故的。但是目前中国并不需要给世界证明什么的，你们不需要展现自己严酷以便获得世界尊重。全世界已知道中国的势力、丰富文化。中国已成功了。目前最关键还是是世界各区域合作：医学、科学等海量区域。目前发生的情况就是一种你们可以给世界展现中国真实本质的好机会，一种展现中国本质像自己文化一样美丽、平静的机会。 
不要支持普京。不要支持惊恐。
