Ο αναφέρων ζητεί να τεθεί ως προϋπόθεση για την κύρωση από την ΕΕ της συμφωνίας αποχώρησης του Ηνωμένου Βασιλείου η διεξαγωγή νέου δημοψηφίσματος στη Βρετανία. Προτείνει επίσης το δικαίωμα ψήφου να επεκταθεί και στους βρετανούς πολίτες που διαμένουν σε άλλη χώρα της ΕΕ.
