I genuinely believe it is important for us to restore order, encourage open dialogue and, above all, bring back a spirit of kindness and mutual respect within the FECC.
First and foremost, we are united by a shared passion and a common purpose: Carnival, its culture, its traditions and the values of sharing and togetherness that it represents. It would be a shame if the current tensions and atmosphere were to take us further away from the very mission that should bring us together.
I sincerely regret the current situation, and I find it particularly sad for Carnival culture, which we all care deeply about, and which we are committed to preserving, promoting and keeping alive.
I hope this initiative will help open the door to constructive dialogue and allow us to rediscover a true sense of unity and collective spirit, for the benefit of our federation and Carnival as a whole.
