Andragerne oplyser, at de støtter personer med ganghandicap, der kun påvirker den ene side. Sådanne personer skal have ret til en handicapparkeringsplads, da de normale parkeringspladser er for smalle til dem. I Tyskland har dog kun personer med et ganghandicap, der påvirker begge sider, ret til en handicapparkeringstilladelse.
